We source free-range, grass fed meat from our very own farm, Nourish’d Pasture, operated by Francesco Tigani. We have properties in both the Adelaide Hills & the Mallee regions of South Australia. Here, our livestock are hand processed in small groups, which lessens stress on the animals and reduces food miles.

We use every part of the animal; nothing goes to waste. We use bones for nourishing broths and mince for hearty sausages. This practical approach is not only respectful to the animals but is also a sustainable solution for our environment.
